I had an accident in the road and I needed to chance my tires asap. I went to my dealership and they where asking for $900 plus $260 on interest for TWO TIRES! I went next door and met with Tyler, he went far and beyond to help me. I dont know anything about tires but he took the time to explain all my options and I was amazed by the price, it was like 70% less than the dealership, guarantee, certificate and installation plus no interest if I decide on finance. I can't be more grateful with Tyler. I am so happy, I will definitely come back to replace the back tires! You won a loyal customer! Thank you again Tyler!
We purchased tires online with Discount Tire. The next morning I brought our car for them to be installed. There were no problems at the dealership. They took my car within a few minutes and installed the tires. Then they personally told me it would be pulled to the front in a few minutes. Awesome quick, personal service!
I liked these guys, I went there because of a tip from a friend, and they fixed my flat tire for free. And they gave me awareness about tires usage and which and when to change the tires with some in house facility. I think I am gonna work with the guys. Worth dropping them a visit.
Went here because I had a flat. They told me the tire was too flat and I needed a new one. It went flat again by the time I got home. Had to go to another discount tire (the one in the heights) to find out there was nothing wrong with the tire and I needed a new rim. The second discount tire wanted me to pay for a whole new rim telling me that there was damage on the original tire. The first guy at the heights locations who helped me already told me there was nothing on the slip about anything being actually wrong with the original tire. Do not go here. They will scam you. They will probably not even actually look at the issue. Especially do not go here if you’re not experienced in cars, they will not take care of you and will take advantage of you as much as possible.
Went to garage last week to go shopping and after 2 blocks my tire sensors said one tire had zero pounds. Went back home since it was 5 PM almost and went nowhere. Next morning I aired up my tire & went to Discount Tire on Katy Frwy near Mason. Have been a customer for several years. Tire was unrepairable despite low mileage of 12,000 miles. Two front tires were 5 years old with thin treads. Discount covered the cost of the flat tire 100% and replaced the front tires.. all with new Michelins with 80,000 mile treads. Service was amazingly fast for midday. Was out of there in less than an hour. And they were swamped. Will always go back. Great friendly service from Sam and Tyler. 👍
